AUTOMATED DAGDAG-BAWAS

Dear my countrymen,

We have two days to go for our May 10 national and local elections here in the Philippines.

I greet you happy Saturday with some sorrow in my throat. Why?

Because of the danger automation will do – can do – if such machines like the PCOS voting machines are in the hands of the evil, dishonest men. We have this type of men in the government aplenty!

I am computer programmer by basic education. Although I followed Systems Analysis and Design as my major, but I understand programming pretty well. I know how computer programs work. So, I know how cheating can be done – automatically and as quick as lightning using these voting machines.

It is so simple, but hard to understand among those who have no background in computer programming.

So, I want to make this mechanical aspect simple as well to people who have no background in computer. Why? So you can understand how AUTOMATED CHEATING CAN AND WILL BE DONE. And so that you will know how technology or invention or machine can be useful for evil men to advance or perfect their wicked ways and practices and make people fare like a turtle trying to chase a cheetah. Here we can also see that advancement in sciences, invention or technology will not do good if the heart of men are wicked. They will just use the plane, for example, to drop bombs. Or develop tiny computer microchip to be injected or inserted into people’s right hand or forehead to (1) monitor their whereabouts and tastes, (2) stimulate and aggravate their sensual weaknesses and vices, and (3) torture those who would not ‘dance with their music’.

We have already seen how they use science and technology to bind people, enslave them, make them dependent on them. For what purpose? To extort them, make them pay, make them subservient, to serve their purpose.

Take food and medicine as our first examples. Switch your time machine back to say some 100 years ago, the time of our great grandparents. See the differences. The first difference is: THEY HAD NOT TODAY’S CHEMICALLY-ENHANCED FLAVORS OF FOOD. These chemical flavorings, we are now coming to see, are the causes of today’s modern deadly diseases. Second, THEY HAD NOT TODAY’S MULTITUDES OF DISEASES. Third, THEY OF COURSE DID NOT HAVE TODAY’S EXPENSIVE MEDICINES.

Didn’t it occur to you that PROBABLY SOME CLEVER MEN UP THERE HAD CONJURED UP TO MIX DISEASE-CAUSING SUBSTANCES IN THEIR FOOD AND DRINK PRODUCTS TO MAKE PEOPLE SICK AND SO BUY THEIR MEDICINES?

I bet many people will soon realize that INDEED IT WAS A CONSPIRACY AT HIGH LEVEL. For many now have proved that their chemically-processed sugars, their salts, flavorings or seasonings, their fats or shortenings, their preservatives, their colorings, you name it--- these are all chemicals which are far from being harmless to the cells and organs of our body. Delicious indeed to the tongue, but as honest scientists are now telling, these chemicals that taste sweet to the tongue are bitter enemies to our body’s cells: after being considered as welcome friends by our body’s security guard, the tongue, and allowed entry to the body by this unfortunately our body’s blind ineffective sentinel (guard), these ‘sweet’ aliens soon unmask themselves and resume their real selves, namely: that they are our bitter fiends, not friends.

How do the scientist describe these chemicals scientifically? The simple description is that they are toxic. They poison or spoil our body’s cells and tissues and turn them cancerous or gangrenous (diabetic). In layman’s language, decay. For it is it: cancer and diabetes are state of decay. Painful and odorous decay of our body’s flesh and bones. The Old Testament calls this condition as disease of consumption – not that you consume food, but that your flesh are being consumed – read: eaten up – but sharp-toothed germs!

I tend to imagine the germ of cancers and diabetes as crabs – tiny little invisible crabs with sharp teeth, although I have not seen them really because I have no microscope. I associate these cancer germs to the symbol of horoscope (horror-scope?) Cancer. The symbol of cancer or Kancer is a crab. So it must not be far from being exact if we imagine the germs as sharp-toothed or clawed tiny crabs that are fond of biting and cutting millions of our sensitive nerves in our flesh, causing mighty pains. Cancer patients are victims of multi-billions of these crabs attacking their body’s cells, one by one!

Scientists use the less-alarming term oxidant. They do not use the word germ eating up the flesh. They use the word oxidants to lessen the fear and to kill off the alarm. But what have they found to be the work of oxidants? Two things they have found. First, they discovered that these chemicals create or turn many of themselves into single-atom oxygen. Like many single people on earth, especially old spinsters, these oxidants are always in bad mood. As a matter of fact, they assume the role of a man who run amuck who carries a knife or bolo and begins stabbing whoever gets in the way, in this case, the cells it meets in the way. Thus, our cells become wounded, refuse to heal, and later turn cancerous. This spread, probably because there is no more healing substances found around.

The second thing they have found in this internal occurrence is that these oxidants (chemicals) causes oxygen to escape from the body and this process is like what happens when you burn leaves and other matters in your yard or garden. In burning, oxygen escapes to the atmosphere. The same with natural decay in the environment: oxygen leaves the solid matter and so, as I see it, the solid matter such as wood or leaves, etcetera, disintegrates and disappears – decays.

So, whether it is burning, or melting or decaying, one common thing occurs: OXYGEN LEAVES FROM THE COMPANY OF ELEMENTS FORMING THE SOLID MATTER, FLESH, BONES, WOODS, ETC.

In the environment, you see carcasses of animals decay – they stink. And you’ve observed the process of burning – it’s hot – painful. The scary thing about cancer is this: you experience both burning and stinking. It’s both pretty hot – read: painful – and foul odorous! Pain and stench are the gifts of caners to their victims. In diabetes (gangrene), it is more on stench – painless decay.

This is the disease the Old Testament calls DISEASE OF CONSUMPTION. I mean more on the act of the cancer/diabetes germs consuming your flesh and bones. But I also mean secondarily to the other meaning of consumption: gluttony. That addiction to super delicious food additives which are all chemicals or chemically processed or chemically altered; they are no longer natural, hence, no longer safe and harmless.

Whenever you think about cancer, try to always associate them with crabs and the horimentado (the man who runs amuck and roams around with his bolo, stabbing anyone he meets on the way).

Another scary scenario about cancer, and this is to make you more motivated to avoid cancer as much as possible is this: they are the very strong-teethed germs in people’s mouths that were able to destroy their teeth and were transferred




First, let us approach this in a small way, hence, per precinct of, let’s say, 500 voters. This is the average total number of voters throughout the country.

Second, cheaters, whoever they are, would prefer that any cheating they would do will not change or affect the total number of voters, or conflict with it, otherwise, they would be easily caught. So, in our example, they would do any cheating but would not attempt to make the total votes counted greater than known total number of voters in that precinct, in our case 500.

So, if there are 5 candidates for President, the total votes received by them all must not exceed 500 votes. It is acceptable though if the total votes cast do not reach 500, considering the possibility of some voters boycotting or not electing a president. So, if there are 5 voters in that precinct who did not vote for a President, then, the total number of votes cast for President would be 495.

At the precinct level, that can easily be manually verified. All you have to do is simply count the ballots with no president elected and there you will find it.

Third, therefore, in the manual manipulation of votes, the most common and the least detectible method of cheating is, you have heard it, DAGDAG-BAWAS (Add-Subtract). It is so well-known. Even young children have heard about it.

How does Dagdag-Bawas work? Simple. You deduct votes from the other candidate to add same votes to the other whom you favor. Example: If you want to add 5 votes to Candidate A whom you favor, then, you will deduct a total of 5 votes from one or a few or from all of his opponents.
All of us understand how this Dagdag-Bawas method of cheating works, or is done, manually.

Third, what 99% of us do not take seriously is this: DAGDAG-BAWAS CAN BE AUTOMATED!

No human hands. You will not see persons doing it.

How does it become possible?

Here comes the answer which only computer programmers or those who have knowledge about computer programming know.

This is this: THE MATHEMATICAL OPERATIONS, e.g., ADDITION, SUBTRACTION, MULTIPILICATION, DIVISION, etc., THAT THE COMPUTER DOES ARE PROGRAMMED. They are commanded by a PROGRAM which a computer programmer makes and puts (compiles) into the computer memory or brain.

What is a computer program?

It is simply a set of commands that the programmer writes and which the computer will execute. The computer will act exactly according to the set and sequence of commands given to it.

Fourth, in election, an honest program for election would be most probably including only one math operation – the ADDITION.

WE DON’T DO SUBTRACTION. Only those who will audit the results may do some subtraction. Example: Total Number of Votes – Votes for Candidate A = Total Votes for Candidate B. Assuming there are only two candidates vying for the position.

So, the program or set of commands that the programmer writes is VERRRRRRRRRRRRYYYYY SIMPLE! Even the neophyte programmer will consider it very elementary. I doubt that a Programming instructor will choose counting election votes as his assignment to his students. It is like telling college students to count up to 100!

If I were the college instructor for computer programming, I would assign my students a program that involves at least the 4 basic math operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. If I want to challenge my students and make them best programmers, I would assign them to make programs that use algebra and calculus.

So, election program is, to be honest, “chicken feed” as we term the task that is so easy and simple that no one would like to do it, except the simpleton, the naive or the lazy!

I’m sorry if I sound somewhat insulting or belittling towards the automated election system.

That is not my point though.

My point, and this is Point # 5 is this: THE HONEST COMPUTER PROGRAM MUST NOT INCLUDE A LINE COMMAND TO DEDUCT!


Point # 6: THE DISHONEST COMPUTER PROGRAM WILL CERTAINLY INCLUDE THE OPERATION OF SUBTRACTION TO ENABLE THE DAGDAG-BAWAS (ADD-DEDUCT) OPERATION!!!??

Point # 7: What was slow manual DAGDAG-BAWAS before, will now be SLIGHTNING SPEED AUTOMATED DAGDAG-BAWAS USING THE PCOS VOTING MACHINES.

Let me repeat, if this country were not full of cheaters (We are known to be the most corrupt nation in Asia or No. 2 in the world), this counting machines will help us count our votes fast.

Of course, these machines will also count fast, where cheating occurred. But my

Point # 8 is: THE DISHONESTY CALLED DAGDAG-BAWAS WILL BE DONE SO FAST AND INVISIBLY – NO PERSONS CAN BE SEEN DOING IT – IT IS DONE INSIDE THE MACHINE – IN ITS CPU AND MEMORY.

So, if the Arroyo Administration wants Gibo to win, then, all that the programmer, under their control, will do is this: PUT A COMMAND THAT FOR EVERY 5 POINTS EACH PRESIDENTIAL OPPONENT CANDIDATE WILL GAIN, WILL BE IN THE NEXT STEP, DEDUCTED BY 2 AND THESE WILL BE ADDED TO GIBO’S VOTES. SINCE, THERE ARE 5 OPPONENT CANDIDATES FOR PRESIDENT (Noynoy, Villar, Erap, Villanueva, and Perlas), that will be a net of 10 votes. That is, all the opponent candidates lost 10, Gibo gained 10. What is deducted from the others is also what is added to the one favored.

The total number of voters will not be affected. JUST A SIMPLE TRANSFER OF SAME NUMBER FROM ONE TO THE OTHER.

Point # 9: If they did it manually, then, 110% they will do it using the machine. It does not matter where or at what levels. They can do it at the precinct or barangay (village) level. Or if they want not to give suspicion at the grassroots, they can do it at the summary level anyway – e.g., grand-total of provincial totals.

Point # 10: This may consists the reason why the administration candidate is so confident he will win, despite his being consistently No. 4 in the surveys and very far behind the No. 1 candidate in the survey.

Pint # 11: That is also the reason why Comelec, the government agency in-charge of election, is vehemently against a parallel manual count of the votes.

The manual count will check and find out the cheating done automatedly!

Point # 12: This automated election, will have helped us count votes very fast and so prevent cheating that will involved real people (e.g., changing ballot boxes, etc.), but the sad thing is, and this is the worst, in this country of cheaters, automation or the use of computerized voting machines which they call PCOS, also automates the ill-famous DAGDAG-BAWAS!


How can we check their conspiracy/sabotage?

Here are a few things you can do – easily do:

• Tell your parents, friends, especially the educated ones, about what I have just told you.
• Discuss these points to them. Let them deepen what I have said, or even correct me in points where I may be wrong. But I am sure, they will confirm most if not all of my points. I refer to those who have knowledge in computer programming and about the points I am discussing.
• If you are a computer programmer, or know someone who is a computer programmer, please help me spread this concern. Tell others.
• If you have an email address, and I guess you have, otherwise I would not send this to your email (!), please send this email to other email addresses which you have.
• You may add your comments.
• If you think your comments are important, please give me a copy also of it.
• Tell your family. You may have an educated father who is not versed in internet and so he could not receive this email. Tell him the contents of this email. Work hard to let him understand.
• The Media. Yes, the mass media – the reporters, the journalists – they are crucial. They must come to know and understand. I am sending this email to lots of them – yes, including them who are at the national newspapers and TVs.
• But if you have email addresses of these media people, do not hesitate to send them this email. Just in case I do not have an email to that particular media person.
• Most important: TEST THE PCOS MACHINE IN YOUR PRECINT AT 6:00 A.M., THIS MONDAY, MAY 10, ONE HOUR BEFORE THE VOTING STARTS. Why at the last minute? Because if you do the test now or hours before, the cheater may use other memory or program. The test must be done one hour before the voting officially starts, and before the public, so you can be sure there is no switching or sleight of the hand to happen.
• Most important: LET MANUAL COUNTING BE DONE TOO! MAKE IT A MUST. Gather enough number of enlightened or informed voters in the village to make your demand complied by the Election Chairman. To make it faster, just pick the President as the position to be tested. If there is no cheating in the President, which is the most important office in the land, then, probably, there is no cheating in the lower positions. But if you can do some additional random checks among senators, then, among congressmen, etc., then, so much the better.
• If there is a programmer present, then, better let him help you do some other form of checking, which he alone can do, although a check at the program may not be welcome at the hour of votation. So, you may have the programmer check the machine hours before the votation.
• If there is time, I would suggest that INDEPENDENT PROGRAMMERS WILL CHECK THE PROGRAM TO SEE THE COMMANDS INCLUDED BY THE PROGRAM-WRITER. I have a strong feeling that there is only one program copied into those over 42,000 PCOS machines! So, the cheating, if there is, is uniform! That is, same in every precinct and machine!

Once again, and more so this time of automated cheating, the will of the people, that is, their wish to elect good pro-people President and lower leaders, WILL BE MORE PROBABLY – YEAH, MOST CERTAINLY NOT ACHIEVED.

THE PEOPLE WANT FOOD TO HAVE NO CHEMICALS, INORGANIC FERTILIZERS AND PESTICIDES, BUT THE PCOS MACHINES WILL ELECT THE CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT WHO FAVORS THE COMPANIES WHO USE CHEMICALS, INORGANIC FERTILIZERS AND PESTICIDES AT WILL.

THE PEOPLE, WHEN ENLIGHTENED, WOULD WANT A RETURN TO ANCIENT GOD’S WAY OF ORGANIC FARMING WHERE THERE IS NO MORE DANGER FROM CHEMICALS AND NO MORE HEAVY COSTS OF INPUT, BUT THE PCOS MACHINES WILL ELECT THE CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT WHO CONTINUE TO ALLOW MULTINATIONALS AND BIG BUSINESSMEN TO CONTINUE THE PRODUCTS AND SYSTEM OF INORGANIC FARMING DESPITE THE GROWING EVIDENCE THAT PROVES THAT INORGANIC FERTILIZERS AND PESTICIDES ARE BIG CONTRIBUTING FACTORS TO WOMEN’S BREAST CANCER AND CERVIX CANCER!

AWAKENING PEOPLE ARE WORKING FOR A RETURN TO ORGANIC FOODS, BUT THE PCOS MACHINES WILL ELECT THE CANDIDATES WHO WILL KEEP THE CHEMICAL FOODS OR CHEMICALLY-LADEN FOODS AS IS BECAUSE IT IS THIS CHEMICAL SYSTEM OF FOD MANUFACTURING THAT MAKES THOSE FEW PEOPLE UP THERE RICH AND THOSE MASSES OF PEOPLE DOWN THERE THEIR MILKING CASH-COWS.

INCREASING NUMBER OF AWAKENING PEOPLE ARE BENT TOWARDS THE OLD GOLDEN DAYS WHEN SICKNESSES WERE ALMOST UNKNOWN AND LIFESPAN WAS OVER 100. Look at today, despite the rise of knowledge in science and medicine, new diseases eclipse the old diseases in both quantity and gravity. What is very alarming is these diseases are inflicting the children who are supposed to be in the age of very strong still-not-aging cells and young healthy and still-not-worn-out bodies.

MORE LEARNED PEOPLE HAVE NOW UNDERSTOOD THAT THE MOST PHARMACEUTICALS HAVE FORMULATED THEIR MEDICINE, BE IT IN TABLET FORM OR IN CAPSULE OR IN SYRUP, IN SUCH A WAY THAT ‘HEALING’ WOULD BE SHORT-LIVED AND THAT NEW WEAKNESSES AND DISEASES WOULD BE FORMED FROM A PATIENT’S TAKING OF THEIR MEDICINE; BUT THE PCOS MACHINES WILL MAKE SURE THAT ONLY THE CANDIDATES THAT PROTECT THESE BIG PHARMAS WILL SIT IN MALACAÑAN PALACE AND IN CONGRESS.

THE REAL WISH AND WILL OF THE PEOPLE IS THAT THEY WOULD NO LONGER BE ENSLAVED BY THE PRODUCTS OF THESE SUSPECT MULTINATIONALS – PRODUCTS LIKE THEIR MEDICINES, THEIR FERTILIZERS, PESTICIDES, FOODS, DRINKS, FEEDS, SEEDS, FEEDS, SEEDS, ETC.; BUT THE PCOS VOTING MACHINES WILL SEE TO IT THAT THE CANDIDATES THAT PROTECT THE INTEREST OF THESE COMPANIES WILL WIN.


Cheaters – Who Are They?

Who are the cheaters? Who have programmed the PCOS voting machines to automate the Dagdag-Bawas?

They are, of course, those holding the power. Who are they? They are the landed, the hacienderos, the big businessmen, the big politicians. They are the rich – the oligarchs in this country.

And who they are?

They are the puppets or connivers of the top elite of the world led by the Rothschilds, Rockefellers, the Royals of England. They own the banks of the world. They own the big churches of the world. They control the big businesses and governments of the world.

They do not want this or any election will change the status quo. What is the status quo? The status quo is that the systems are such that the rich become richer and the poor poorer.

They do not want the farmers in the country and all over the world to return to ORGANIC FARMING for thus, they will abandon the commercial inorganic fertilizers and pesticides manufactured by these world elite and distributed by their Philippine counterparts, the oligarchs of this country – their conspirators.

So, they will make use of the PCOS machines to install their own man or men. Change of officials they can tolerate, but the newly elected ones must be the same kind: protector of their elitist interests.

They do not want people to abandon their medicines sold in the pharmacies and promoted by the doctors. So, they will ensure that the PCOS machines will produce the result that will elect candidates friendly to the big pharmaceuticals.

They do not want people to go back to natural feeds for their pigs, chicken, and other livestock. So they will make sure that the PCOS machines will generate doctored results favoring the candidates they can bribe or dictate.

They do not want people to stop patronizing hybrid and GMO seeds which they have started promoting all throughout the country and the world. So they will ensure that this election, aided by the PCOS machines, will elect the men who will hasten the adoption and use of hybrid and GMO seeds and the quick disappearance of native seeds.

They do not want the bondage upon people to lessen; they want to put more and more strings to bind the noses, the necks, the hands, the heads, the feet, etcetera, of the people.

This election will not change the status quo: THE CRUEL ELITE WILL STILL RULE. And as they become callous and more cruel, they will become like animal in their hearts – lacking in compassion for the least and the poor.

…And as animal in their hearts, they will fulfill the prophesied “BEAST GOVERNMENT” in Revelation 13.

We have only one hope: Jesus Christ. And we must take note of what He has commanded us to do: “Come out of her – the beast government – her system – my people, so you will not become involved in her sins and share in her plagues (penalties)” (Revelation 18:4).
