NO TO CONGRESSMEN TO FORM CON-ASS TO CHANGE OUR CONSTITUTION!

LET US NEVER ALLOW OUR CONGRESSMEN TO COMPOSE THEMSELVES INTO CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY (CON-ASS) TO AMMEND OUR CONSTITUTION!

NEVER! NEVER! NEVER!

REMEMBER: It was no less than our former Vice President Teofisto Guingona who published a full-page paid warning to all Filipinos in the nationally-circulated Philippine Daily Inquirer disclosing to us the sinister objective and scheme of the majority of our Senators and Congress who are obviously bribed by those greedy foreigners who could not be satisfied as partner-capitalists but the sole owners of our resources.

Congress (that is, Senate and the House of Representatives) is hurrying up to use Con-Ass (Constituent Assembly) as the method to amend our Constitution. In Con-Ass, only our senators and district representatives will change the Constitution.

That’s where the grave danger lies – if we allow our senators and congressmen because they are bribed by foreigners to make [insert] the following changes, among others: 1) that foreigner can now buy and own our lands; and 2) that foreigners can now buy and own our waters.

Then, by their almighty dollars, we shall become landless, homeless, vagabond, slaves and strangers in our lands!

But there is another very vital reason why we must be very, very extra-vigilant. And it is because of the discovered unlimited deposit of fuel in our ocean, off the coast of Surigao – the deuterium, a hydrogen fuel! Deuterium is a high-grade hydrogen fuel, far better than petroleum oil, non-pollutant or environment-friendly, virtually inexhaustible in supply, found under our ocean, near the coast of Surigao.

If they bribe our congressmen and senators to change our Constitution and so foreigners can now buy our waters (including the seas), then they, and not us, would be able to own, utilize, exploit and benefit from this inexhaustible hydro fuel called “deuterium”!

How precious is this underwater resource?

If utilized, here are the initial expected great benefits:

o Being at least US $ 23 cheaper than petro oil, Deuterium will lighten up the burden of many food, chemical and metal industries dependent on petroleum oil;
Thus, businesses will become very profitable; economy will boom;

o Deuterium can provide energy for land vehicles, airplanes and space ships, hydrofuel can also be useful for cooking, lighting and heating and even for reactors in electric power generators.

o If the Philippine government [would agree to] a 40/40/20 Government/Investor and Operating Cost scheme, it would net a US $7/barrel on an output of 12 million barrels a day,

o This means it can generate a foreign exchange inflow of US $30 Billion;

o which can erase all the country’s Foreign Debt [which is over P5 trillions] in two years time.

o With the almost limitless source from under the sea and give the fact that the hydro fuel costs only about a fifth of the cost of petroleum on a per barrel basis, this would emancipate the world from the tyranny of the Middle East nations and

o Change the political equation of the world on the basis of new economic order generating therefrom.

o Geopolitics will turn a new page and the Philippines could be at the center of the dawning of this new energy power from the sea.

o Mainly in the Philippines can deuterium be found! The reason is that the deuterium can only be sourced from the deepest trenches of the world’s oceans and with the Philippine Deep measuring a depth of 3 miles (deepest), 52 miles in width and 868 miles in length, the area will house the largest deposit of deuterium in the world. The deuterium element allegedly moves 12,000 kilometers from Central America to our trenches as the earth turns its axis in an unending motion.

According to the scientists it is at certain depths alone of more than 7,000 meters below sea level and more than 10,000 psi pressure (generated by the extent of the depth) will make the hydrogen [to] disengage from oxygen – developing hydro isotopes. (The Philippine Deep is said to be 7,000 to 10,000 meters deep.) At room temperature and under pressure, this electrolyzes into hydrogen gas.

o On the financial side, based on the 12 million barrels per day output, that will be a foreign investment of US $2.4 Billion in the country, a huge amount by any standard of measure.

o About 350,000 Filipinos will be hired at international pay scale.

o Export processing zones will sprout near the eastern coasts of Mindanao.

o Most of all, Deuterium is non-pollutant.



So, our vigilance is super-important!

Thus, our naivety and stupidity is the cause of our slavery!

Therefore,

1) Send this to your friends’ email addresses telling them of this website, or
2) Have this printed and distributed to them.
3) Or if you cannot do any of the above, then, take note of the information, and tell your friends, barangays or municipal officials, and give them this website address so they can access this information themselves and do something about it. It is suggested that you or your officials at the barangays or municipal levels, would pass resolutions supporting or even urging the government to push through or hasten the utilization of this resource which is literally an “economic savior” from our eternal entanglement to foreign and domestic debts. Let all barangays pass this resolution. Let all municipal governments pass this resolution. Let all provincial governments all over the country pass this resolution.
4) Let all drivers and operators pass this resolution and spearhead in resolution. And let all other civic organizations, People’s Organizations (POs), and NGOs do the same.
5) Those who have access to the internet and chikka and to cellular phones will serve the country very well by circulating the above newspaper editorial as well as the proposed resolution. (For the sample Resolution, please read it below).
6) Finally, do your best, such as to also pass a barangay or your organization’s resolution that opposes Con-Ass (Constituent Assembly of congressmen and senators) and supports or endorses the convening of a People’s Con-Con (Constitutional Convention) to be composed of elected representative by district by the people. It must be emphasized that for this Con-Con not to become a Xerox copy Con-Ass, politicians and their relatives (read: people who have no real concern for the people and do nothing but deceive and flatter the poor and ignorant) must not be allowed to run for the Con-
con. Copies of this resolution shall be furnished to radio or newspaper or whatever media to be read.

I hope you would act right now!

The future of our country and your and my future rest on this planned Cha-Cha or Charter Change! Our action or inaction will finally determine what will be our lot: to remain worthy of these riches that God our Father has so richly given us or to lose them all and become the slaves of foreigners here in our own lands!

LET US GO FOR PEOPLE’S CON-CON! AND LET US NOT ALLOW POLITICIANS AND THEIR RELATIVES BE PART OF THIS CON-CON EXCEPT AS ONE REPRESENTING THEIR OWN GROUP! THE REST SHALL BE TRUE RE[RESENTATIVES OF THE PEOPLE THROUGH THEIR ORGANIZATIONS SHALL BE ACCEPTED TO RUN FOR CON-CON DELEGATION.
THEN, AT LAST WE WILL HAVE A GOVERNMENT THAT IS CLEARLY AND TRULY OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE! Until now, sadly speaking, this is still a dream!
