REQUIRED: FAIR TRIAL FOR PRES. GMA & SOUL-DEEP REFORMS

(1) The disturbing quotations by respected PDI columnist Conrado de Quiros from the wiretap tapes/CDs, (2) the disappearance of Comelec Comissioner Garcillano which shows that he did and knows something he or the Administration is afraid of being devulged, (3) the surprising similarity of the penmanship of the Election reports although of different provinces -- and (4) the lack of blessings from God for the present Administration -- these to me are enough to conclude as follows: THERE IS MORE THAN PROBABLE CAUSE TO TRY PRES. GMA TO PROVE WHETHER OR NOT SHE RIGGED THE ELECTION RESULTS.

Instead of bickering among ourselves, let us instead unite to take the next move: TRY PGMA TO FIND THE TRUTH.

Equally important, LET THE WHOLE TAPES/CDs BE DISTRIBUTED SO WE CAN LISTEN TO ALL AND NOT ONLY PGMA'S VOICE. FULL AND COMPLETE.

With some knowledge in computer technology and experience in trouble shooting/auditing/investigation, I think I can determine OF COURSE FOR MY OWN SELF whether or not PGMA committed election fraud she is accused of.

But I guess, given enough time, most people of ordinary intelligence can also make the right conclusion -- if given the time and the full CD to listen to.

The people must be made to understand that IN COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY, TO DELETE A VOICE-PART IS MUCH EASIER THAN TO ADD A VOICE-WORD. THAT IS WHY, THE SO-CALLED COMPUTER EXPERTS SHOWN IN BOTH GMA7 & ABS-CBN NEWS demostrated ONLY THE ACT OF DELETING A PORTION OF THE RECORDED VOICE BUT THEY COULD NOT SHOW THE ADDING OF VOICE because this is harder to do. For this will require that the EDITOR/COMPUTER EXPERT must first go to PGMA and Garci to record their REAL VOICES for the words or sentences that they wanted to be INCLUDED OR INSERTED IN THE TAPE/CDs WHICH HE IS EDITING. Would Atty. Paguia go to PGMA and Garcillano to record their voices for insertion? Did he do it? Did he go to PGMA and to the Comelec Commissioner? Do the CDs/Tapes contain INSERTED WORDS OR PHRASES?

That is why I said, THE TAPE/CDs MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE PEOPLE INCLUDING ALL THOSE WHO ARE WELL-VERSED IN THE COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY.

I think that is fair.

With regards to what further moves we should take beyond the QUESTION OF WHO WILL SUCCEED PGMA, HOW SHE SHALL BE TREATED, ETC, I also support the shift to FEDERALISM where the following specific changes are made, among others:

1) taxes must no longer be P0.60 to Manila and P0.40 to the Province-Municipality-Barangay; for this lead us to only P0.08 for the barangay which needs the most help. This P0.60 per peso-tax has made Manila very rich and become attractive to vultures (read: evil greedy men to run for congress/senate/presidency).

The change: LET IT BE THAT ONLY P0.10 BE GIVEN TO THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT SO THAT ALL CROCS WILL SUDDENLY GET DISCOURAGED and SUDDENLY DISAPPEAR AND NO LONGER RUN FOR OFFICE AND THIS WILL SWEEP THE NATION CLEAN WITH ONE STROKE!!

When no more greedy and wicked men will want the posts, then, at last, THE GOOD MEN CAN RUN AND FINALLY WIN SEATS IN CONGRESS OR EVEN THE PRESIDENCY without using money!!

Then, no wicked person in his normal mind will spend anymore millions to buy the votes of the people only to sit in Congress for a salary of P25T more or less a month, and where there is no more "carcass" for the vultures to feast in.

Because the National Central Government will have less money (e.g., only P0.10 per peso-tax), the President will be prevented from over-borrowing from the World Bank, IMF, etc., most of which loans fall into the pockets of cronies but are charged to the taxpayers. Since those loan-money originally came from the faithful Catholics who contributed it during Sunday masses, etc., and which the Vatican invested in the World Bank/IMF who relend it to the national banks then to the local branches or via the money lenders, IS IT COMPASSIONATE TO SEQUESTER/FORECLOSE THE LAND, HOUSE, AND OTHER PROPERTIES OF THE POOR BORROWERS FROM WHOSE DILIGENT HANDS CAME THOSE PESOS WHICH BECAME MILLIONS?

We are accursed as a nation because we seized the lands and houses of the poor borrowers for not being able to pay what THEY ACTUALLY OWN in the first place! The poor are indeed being cooked by their own oil!

2) Three states: State of Luzon, State of Mindanao and State of the Visayas. Each state headed by a GOVERNOR. Just like in the U.S. Each (island) province may be headed by deputy governor. Or all provincial officials will be completely phased out, leaving only the municipalities and the barangays. This detail require serious study where you consider the maturity of the people and the local leaders.

This is also the time when we can FINALLY give justice to Mindanao, whom Manila has milked so much and returning a crumb for every fat it has taken!

With the P0.90 per peso retained by the State for its people, I guess true progress can at last be accelerated!

I know where I speak because our NGO has been monitoring the implementation of the Local Government Code by the LGUs since 1992.

3) OFW/OCW remittances in Bohol, for example, shall no longer be "catched" by the big banks' local branches and brought to Luzon. For years this has been the case, thus, depriving the provinces the necessary capital for development.

This also shows the selfishness of Luzon!

4) Military must be divided into 3 or must be properly dispersed, instead of holing up in Manila.
They are hired by the people to protect the people, and not the crocs in Congress, Malacanang, etc.

5) Government Services which are EXTRAORDINARILY AND PATENTEDLY very slow and which demand "grease money" which our poor people are forced to shell out, must be also localized. For example: The inspection as well as the titling of the land must be done ENTIRELY IN THE PROVINCE OR EVEN TOWN WHERE THE LAND IS LOCATED!

The system of centralization is so laced with the poisonous chemical called GREED!

If we want change, then, it must be SOUL-DEEP, NOT SKIN-DEEP.

Correct was the president when she said, LET US REFORM OR PERISH! That is similar to what the Lord Jesus Christ said, REPENT OR PERISH! And reform or repentance must be SOUL-DEEP!
